If you decide to further pursue membership, you will need to complete the Membership Application* (This includes our club’s supplemental information form.) 

New members are asked to complete series of steps to further acquaint them with our membership and activities.  These are recorded on the New Member Introductory Activity* form.  Once these steps are completed, the new member is provided with his or her permanent Kiwanis name tag.
